You’ll need: 

  • Large handful of spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • Half a cucumber
  • 2 tbs Raw protein powder
  • 5 sprigs mint
  • Coconut milk or coconut water for consistency

Blend the spinach, mint and the coconut milk or water until the greens are combined. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.

Top with half a pear and fresh strawberries; sprinkle granola, chia seeds and coconut flakes for flavour.
